Resharing our tips for managing crisis and disruption
On 22nd February every year we remember the tragic earthquake that struck the city of Christchurch, New Zealand. We remember all those lives lost, individuals, communities and business directly and indirectly affected.
We also reflect on how far our understanding of disaster recovery has come. On the 11th anniversary of the earthquakes we thought we’d reshare the ten key lessons we have learnt through our years of research and working with organisations to build their resilience.
These tips draw on the data we have gathered from thousands of businesses impacted by the Canterbury earthquakes, COVID-19, and other national and international disruptive events.
