Resilience can be found in the ways in which construction organisations will quickly be able to recover and reconstruct post-disaster.

The task of reconstruction after a unexpected event require deliberate and coordinated efforts of all stakeholders for effective and efficient recovery of the affected organisations and community.

Objective 3 is working to bring together key stakeholders from a variety of different sectors to discuss the vast and complex issue of post-disaster reconstruction aiming to develop priorities and implement credible solutions for future efforts
